What categories of personal data do we process, and how do we obtain them?

We will process the data you have provided to us by filling out information on your user account or other forms on our website, or, in exceptional cases, data provided via phone, email, or other means of communication. We store and process these data electronically. Where the law requires us to obtain your consent before processing certain personal data for a specific purpose, we will process your data only for that purpose with your explicit consent. You provide your data entirely voluntarily, with the understanding that in certain cases, we may not be able to provide our accommodation search and booking services unless you provide your personal data.

The personal data we process includes: name, surname, email address, phone number, and data you provide in your profile: photo, gender, date of birth, occupation, and property details; cookies, information about Trawerk offers you have viewed, and rental details.

 

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

Trawerk will not sell, share, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties except as stipulated in these terms. Users' personal data may be provided to third parties hired to provide certain services on behalf of or for Trawerk or in connection with other business activities of Trawerk for further processing, whose purpose aligns with the original purpose of data collection or technical support. These service providers are contractually obligated to use personal data exclusively for the agreed-upon purposes and explicitly state that they will not share or transfer personal data to third parties unless legally required. In cases where personal data are shared with third parties, Trawerk will take all necessary measures to ensure that the data are processed solely for purposes consistent with the original purpose of collection and with the user’s consent.
